Should you benefit from our products and services, FABATech invites you in our REWARD PROGRAM to recommend SCI to your associates. For every recommendation that concludes in the purchase of SCI, we honor you with the following tokens of appreciation:

*Terms and Conditions for 90-days Refund Policy:

	Show the original invoice from FABATech as proof of purchase. Value refunded will be in accordance with the purchased SCI type(s) as stated in the invoice, and does not include extra costs of i.e. extension cables, installations, etc.
	The package is in complete and good condition (SCI set, original packing box, manual book, computer cable, telephone cable, warranty card).
	No visible damage (scratches, rips, tears, holes, dents or compressions) on the SCI set, and the security seal must remain intact. FABATech will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
	For claim process, please contact FABATech for preliminary inspections.
	This offer is valid only for purchases between 5 February 2007 to 31 August 2007.
	This 90-days refund policy is not valid for conditions duly caused by Force Majeure situations, such as natural disasters (earthquake, landslide, volcanic eruptions, flood, tsunami etc), riots, fire, blockages, wars, revolutions, strikes, demonstrations etc.
	This 90-days refund policy is automatically deemed invalid once you recommended SCI to a third party. Recommending SCI will be regarded as affirming that you are satisfied with the product.

**Terms and Conditions for Reward Program:

	The referring party must have purchased and used SCI.
	The recommended party must have purchased and used SCI.
	This reward program is valid from 5 February 2007 to 31 August 2007, and referring party may accumulate purchasers during the period.
	When the total counts does not reach the lowest target of purchaser, the referring party is no longer eligible for the reward program.
	When the total counts passes the lowest target but is yet to achieve the next target level, reward will be given based on the lowest target achieved.
	When the total counts attains the highest target level, the next count is automatically entered from the lowest level.
	Total counts of recommendations is based on concluded purchasers who do not place any claims nor participate in the 90-days refund policy.
	FABATech reserves the right to exchange listed gifts with other merchandises if the listed items are not available.

*Syarat dan ketentuan garansi 90-hari uang kembali adalah sebagai berikut:

	Menunjukkan invoice asli pembelian SCI dari FABATech. Nilai uang yang dikembalikan sesuai dengan type/model SCI yang tertera pada invoice, dan tidak termasuk biaya penambahan kabel, biaya instalasi, dan biaya lainnya.
	Semua perangkat masih lengkap dan dalam keadaan baik (SCI, Box, Manual Book, Kabel komputer, Kabel telepon, Kartu garansi).
	Kondisi fisik casing SCI tidak rusak atau cacat tergores. Casing belum pernah dibuka dan tidak ada sobekan segel pada badan casing.
	Untuk proses klaim, harap menghubungi FABATech agar teknisi FABATech dapat melakukan pengecekan ulang di tempat terlebih dahulu.
	Hanya berlaku untuk pembelian antara tanggal 5 Februari 2007 s/d 31 Agustus 2007.
	Garansi 90-hari uang kembali tidak berlaku untuk keadaan Force Majeur seperti bencana alam (gempa bumi, longsor, banjir dll), kerusuhan, kebakaran, perang dan demonstrasi dll.
	Garansi 90-hari uang kembali tidak berlaku dengan sendirinya apabila Anda telah merekomendasikan SCI kepada pihak ketiga. Merekomendasikan SCI berarti Anda telah puas dengan produknya.

**Syarat dan ketentuan apresiasi atas referensi:

	Pihak yang mereferensikan dengan sendirinya harus telah membeli dan menggunakan SCI.
	Pihak yang direfensikan juga harus telah membeli dan menggunakan SCI.
	Program ini berlaku sejak 5 Februari 2007 s/d 31 Agustus 2007, dan referensi pembeli dapat diakumulasikan selama periode program
	Apabila referensi pembeli tidak mencapai target terendah, maka dianggap tidak mencapai target referensi.
	Apabila referensi pembeli melebihi target terendah namun belum mencapai target selanjutnya, maka pemberian hadiah diperhitungkan dari target terendah yang tercapai.
	Apabila referensi pembeli telah mencapai target tertinggi, maka referensi selanjutnya akan dihitung kembali dari target terendah.
	Jumlah total referensi pembeli akan dihitung berdasarkan jumlahnya pembeli yang tidak mengembalikan SCI nya.
	FABATech berhak untuk mengganti hadiah yang tertera dengan merchandise lain yang senilai apabila hadiah semula tidak tersedia baik seri maupun stoknya.
